Trade Quest Continued?
I think i may have found some more of the trade quest that is found hidden in the caves near deadwoodand is a fish shop which has shutdown as it has run out of fish. If someone found out how to get a fish from the guard that gave you the scarf mayby you could continue the quest.

I am not 100% sure but I think it was a thing for only last year(I had seen it too)... My theories are either they sold fish as a food item OR it was part last halloweens "quest" OR it has always been like that.

Last year when I still played classic, there were no quests nor was there anything to do with fish. Maybe he's on to something...
