Perfect, and doesn't do damage. That way, use it, dodge dodge dodge, oops no reload, counter attack, spam spam spam victory. All in the span of 10 seconds

I like healys idea. It would make us dodge and use melees for 10 seconds!

How about they give it away in auctions so that kids don't take their parents credit cards and buy a ton of them. This way there would be less in the games and cause the people who actually have them to use them sparingly.

Exactly, they will be wasting their money, spending a ton, but only get a few of them. This gives people chances to win other stuff because the big spenders wasted theirs on the new thing.
