Maybe make the bonus around +20 gralats per person, so say 400 people participate, each buying 1 ticket, the winnings would be 200,000. BUT. Divide that by three for the three winners, you only get 66,666 gralats for a fair division, spare two gralats. It would then be a good way of getting money, it' just with 400 people it's not likely for YOU. But then, to make it risky, make the tickets cost 50 gralats.

Maybe have the lottery like PC and have it last all week rather than 20 minutes. The money racks up and you can buy as many tickets as you want. Each ticket you buy increases your chances and fuels the jackpot winnings.
