need help please
hi, well i was just wondering that can i make a GIF body? i have a turtle body with wings, but i was thinking if i can make my body in to GIF and add moving wings in my Turtle Body custom, i dont want to start making it and once i upload it, it gets dis-approved due to some reason which an admin decide, therefore i am seeking someone's help to help me in this query of mine. thanks!

I think moving bodies are okay as long as they aren't flashing.
