So you are basically saying its okay to break the rules as long as you are giving them money? On the contrary, when the PC version was very popular your account would be perm-banned for sharing. Allowing people to break rules because of them giving you business is illegal and no (good) company would allow it.

Considering nowhere does it say you can't share accounts, hecan share accounts. But i do think its kinda stupid.. I would hate to share mine :p

All I know is the servers you play on are ported through the GraalOnline Client (pc version). Staff log onto the iservers via GraalClient, so they must follow the graal client rules. Since the server is hosted through that, then I thought it would make sense that players would have to follow the graalclients rules. Yet there is no clear indication that the rules were changed for different platforms. Is there a rules section on your app?  

Actually you can log on with as many accounts as you want to a server. Also doesn´t matter who it is (no they don´t watch you through your webcam checking if it´s you). You just can´t log on twice with 1 account to the same server.

What are you talking about? No one even referred to that? You can't have two people from two different computers logging onto the same account (at separate times or at the same time). They cross check IP addresses when checking for jobs etc. Logging onto a server with multiple accounts isn't illegal unless its ban evasion.

Follow the graalclients rules? maybe they should indicate somewhere in the game what the rules are because i'm pretty sure there are many iClassic players that don't even know playerworlds exists.

Actually that´s what I said. But people can log in from two different computers at a different time on that one account.  

you can revoke access on VIP for iclassic.  

If that guy does have your Udid, then just email the staff with your problem. And maybe they can check their system, figure out who it is, and then ban the IP of the person that is hacking your account.  

The best way would be:

Use udidfor a new id
Transfer all the stuff to the new acc
Dont ever share you udid.  

We ban the device on Era. You then need to make a new ID using the ID faker and we transfer over, as Rages said

This is an unofficial Graal fansite, you can't expect to get support here from server staff. Your best (and probably only) option is, like NYN said, e-mailing your issue to the above address.
