Need help with upload issue.

This problem happened to me awhile ago, but I figured I might be able to get help with it now. I have an invisible body in my inventory (it's not supposed to be invisible) and I can't put it on or refund it.

Here's a couple answers to the questions you might ask of what I did wrong:

1. Q: Did you use solid black or white?
1. A: No. I checked to see if I did before I sent.

2. Q: Did you click the transperency box before you sent?
2. A: No. I set my own transpereny before I sent and didn't click the box.

3. Q: Have you tried contacting an admin?
3. A: Yes, but only by pms and they had friends only on.

4. Q: Why did you wait until now to ask about this?
4. A: Because I pretty much gave up awhile ago, but now its bothering me that this empty space is in my body section.

These are just a few questions people have already asked me when I told them the problem. I'm wondering if I can refund this or if I'm just gonna be stuck with it forever ._. Can anyone help? I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Tyler.

Meaby you uploaded the stuff with you'r non vip acc?
Than you'r transffered you'r acc to the vip acc and did refund the bodys on the non vip and transfered the money to the vip acc?

I don't have VIP anymore I thought it was a waste of money. I've actually had this before VIP came out lol that's how long I've had it.

I always have my pms turned on. Give me your account and i'll look into what files actually exist in our folder. It may just be a file that is already gone

My account is T¥£ËR MysTë {Married Tø §tørm}. For some reason when you search it though it doesn't show up. Do you want me to pm you on Graal or do you think you'd be able to find me on search?

I have a simliar issue; I won the Pie head from Pimpsy when he was still on staff. When the head was sold, the head was removed from my head list and now I have an empty space in my head list. I don't need it fixed, I just thinks it's bizarre.

I meant the account number not you're name. The whole pie head resulted in a glitch because of certain reasons.

It looks like the file you uploaded was uploaded under a wrong name by mistake. You can't see the body since it can't view the lost file, and you can't refund the body since it can't locate the lost file. I'd say your best bet is to get your money back, and try again.

Yes the pc:# or Graal# if you have VIP. To see it place a furniture and write on it: #a and than read the text. Your ID will be shown up.
