Problem is freeze is so high that both of the bullets never both would hit... It doesn't really matter what it's stats are, it sucks, and even if you would spend minerals to upgrade it (I only upgrade my M4, the rest, including KSG isn't even worth upgrading) it would still suck. I know it will not be fixed anytime soon, so I'll stop now, but you must agree it is the gun with the worst price/quality in era.

I dunno, people seem to want to use it as an ultimate PK weapon, it's primary use is for it's shield, you can't have amazing stats and a shield to boot, it's one or the other lol  

You're supposed to use the shield in a situation where you are cornered or a critical situation where you are very likely to take damage. Hit the shield button right when a bullet is about to hit you and safely escape. Shooting with the shield shouldn't be used often. Just deactivate the shield when you are engaging in combat.

But I do have to agree that the price is a little too expensive for it's price. Another thing, KSG shotgun is extremely rarely used. I see like 10 players holding it each month.

I was toying with an idea of making it fire three bullets while no shield and two bullets while shielded.

I've been noticing something lately. There's a bit of a price donut hole where the guns aren't worth their price, well in my opinion. Anything higher than 65k and under 100k. This would include the KSG, the AP0 and I hope that's all. It just seems that the damage is there, but the whole package isn't there. Just an opinion, please don't rage on me. XD.

why did you buy it in the first place if you know that its such a fail? and 12-16dmg for 75k? wow the bar must be unbeatable...

Well, realisitically - (Think I said this in another thread, maybe a PM to another staff member, I forget) Our gun system should look like this:-

• Cheap gun - Has base stats, easy to attain moderately powerful
• Reasonably priced gun - higher base stats and damage than its predecessor
• More expensive weapon, mariginal improvements on its predecessor, but improvements non the less.

Using this model for guns, it follows other gaming systems where you're paying large amounts of money for those small upgrades, then at the end of the day it's the users choice to try become that "ultimate" player so to speak, after all every item isn't made for every person.

For example:
Normal shotguns = cheap, relatively low damage but fires fast and a lot.

M3 Reasonably priced (Ok bad example cause its only a few k more but nevermind) higher damage, marginal improvements on stats.

then we have PBP Shotgun, just better stats mostly.

I missed out KSG as I don't classify it as a shotgun model w/ that shield.  

The sheild makes no difference you take lots of damage and it slows down movement and Increases freeze. Im sure most people would rather you take away the sheild and increase the damage.

How about 90% reduction in damage, you can't shoot while shielded

Ur not using it right. Its meant for the shield, just be happy with the gun. Imagine if the gun cost 200k it would be an absolute monster, now imagine if they sold that monster for 75k. You would obviously want it but u would rage if someone sparred or based with it. You get what you pay for the ksg is a fail if u use it for speed and dmg cause that thing is horrible in those factors. If u want to use the gun, use it to it's advantages do what people do with the Ap0 dodge and shoot when u have a clear shot such as when ur opponent reloads or just rush them, simple ^~^.

KSG's primary use is for its shield :o, it blocks like 60% of damage or however much I made it.
Also, it does do 16 damage when all bullets hit, upgrade your gun, tadadadadadada 4 damage a bullet, this is why it was put at 3 in the first place because I know 99% of Era upgrade their weapons.

LOL, the KSG ripped absolute ass in spar. It was hard to penetrate that thick shield. A spray of bar and i only took like 10 damage while applying 40 to my opponent xD. Than i got a souizen.

Knuckles told me about this bull****. You want KSG buffed because it's underpowered. But you don't want your overpowered PBP nerfed.
