Haha I'm planning to do so next year, since I've done boxing for two years which kept me in shape but didn't "really" add any muscles (it did, but not enough) but now I'm focusing on cardio before I really start to train my muscles... I do the kind of "bike in the air" thing to train my abs, which is pretty tough... Haha anyone usefull and new exercises? It gets boring quickly ;)

That really good that you do boxing. Adding muscles comes simply down to maintaining a very good diet.
Protiens such as fish are really good. and its important that you also have regular after workout meals and lots of carbs.
simple body calestectics such as push ups and sits and really good. Pull ups are good as well
Heres a work out i love to do
normal pushups x10
situps x10
wide pushups x10
reverse crunches x10
tricep pushups x10
side crunches x10 (each side)
do that excercise 5-10 times. your break is only when you do situps.
Do this every other day. you can also run in between those days to work on our cardio. that is what i do
