Then it's your own stupid fault for
A) spending a ridiculous amount of money on a game

First of all I'm not your friend, buddy.
Second of all, it is larsexpert's personal and PRIVATE property, his friend had unauthorized possession of his property.
Unless Lars gave him the right to temporarily access the iPod.
Then its Lars' fault.
Its like giving your friend the car, therefore giving him the right to drive it and do what he wants etc.
Then he has an accident and the car is damaged.
That is then your fault for giving him the car.

No need to get defensive kiddie. If you're scared your car might get damaged, then you don't give your car away to your friend. Simple as. It's his fault.

That's what I was saying smartypants.
If he gave his property to his friend its HIS FAULT.
If he doesn't know his friend took his property, its HIS FRIEND'S FAULT.
You just basically wrote, what I wrote.
Either way, the account was banned, not the guy himself, which makes sense..
And the suing part, it does make sense, let us say I take someone's car without him knowing then crash it into a wall. Then I just damaged his property. Then I have to pay for the damage I've caused. Simple.  

Derpawy, you may find people will actually listen to you if you didn't sound so damn disrespectful.
