won't start up

It's been about 30 minutes and everytime I press era it dosnt start it just shows the title screen that says graal online era. I tried to start classic up and it worked but era dosnt .

Reboot your iPod. Hold down the power button and home button at the same time and wait. Disregard the 'slide to unlock' and just wait for the apple to show up. That should work.

What device do you use? When I used to use a 2g iPod it would take like 5-10 minutes to start up era. Than classic would work fine.

Turn it off for like 10 minutes then back on.

I tried it both my idevice and it won't work, however it works on my facebook.
