Hello all, my ipod's backlight died a couple of days ago and im considering buying a new ipod touch though i wanted to know if there is a way to transfer my account with all my items along with 84k gralats to a new ipod touch device.

If your old account was identified then you can easily transfer it yourself when you get the new device. If it wasn't just contact a staff member and they'll happily help you.

It took me 5 months to get one transfer, 25 emails to snk later I finally got one.

I did, they always said "hold on" they summoned me and seemed to forget I was there and eventually just left,  

Than try it with another PR since I'm sure not every PR said hold on and ran away

It isn't and I don't even believe your story since I know at least 3 PRs who would have done it immediately
