Maybe because it sucks, and its 11 damage upgraded (which means it might as well be 10 as it's still a 5-shot kill). The Peacemaker has a base damage of 11.  

Peacemaker is a 5 shot kill too sir. Also, all I was doing was just saying the peacemaker isn't the only gun capable of doing more than 10 damage. Who uses guns not in their perfect form anyways? That'd be just stupid lol.

It's extremely underrated. I know how to use it in spar actually. Most people just try to use taurus as if it's an m4.  

It's a knock back gun, it's annoying...

For enemies who've already been damaged it'll kill them faster than a bar lol.

Let's say they had 12hp... Don't think I need to explain anymore after that lol.
