This looks pretty neat. I'm still waiting for a well-established virtual reality console.

They put up a survey and got more than 45,000 replies, according to an update on the Ouya Kickstarter page. Here are the 20 games that people asked for the most:

That's a survey asking people what they wanted to see on it. Not actually interest from the respective companies on bringing those games to the OUYA. In their FAQ they do say there is interest from Mojang to bring Minecraft to the console though.

The platform will be adequate to provide MMOs for sure though, Stefan could easily port Graal to this platform if he wanted to.  

The more I hear about it, the more it seems kind of neat. And $100 isn't that bad of a price.

Porting already existing games to a new console isn't going to do much. No one will buy the console because of a game thats already been released since they've probably already played it. This only will work for a system that changes the gameplay enough that the game will be played differently which this doesn't seem to do. I'm interested to see games that will be developed specifically for it in the future.

So cod is now pay per weapon? And if eve online and wow were onboarder maybe. But wow. Ill pass since 90% its going to be farmville

Skyrim will be pay per level up? Serriously. No decent developer gives away a totally free game if its a actual company game. Once i ses where you have to pay in the game is then ill be able to talk more

wat... your conclusions are illogical. srsly, "Gaming console doesn't have WoW or EVE, ****ing useless LOL, OGM."

They just mentioned possible business approaches for games on their platform, and that developers would need to provide a free/demo version to be listed on the official OUYA store/platform.

It's intended to be an open platform, there won't be any fees for users to use their platform either but I doubt they're going to provide features like Party Chat and the like.  

Looking for my credit card to donate $100.  

How well would Skyrim or CoD run on a system like this? o-O

Unless Ouya comes with gaikai or onlive installed. lol  

I really don't understand why you guys can't hook up your gaming PCs to a TV or large monitor. For $20 you can buy a device that lets you use Xbox controllers with it too.

Why the **** do you keep telling us we can connect our PCs to a TV? That's pretty much common knowledge, and completely irrelevant to this thread.

A good PC can play any game way better than a console. The Ouya has ****ty specs and won't even be able to play Minecraft with a good fps. If you want the best gaming experience then use something that has real power.
