If I emailed Mark, (One of the three who created Sackboy from scratch.) and asked for permission to use the sackboy character as my graal avatar, and I would get a positive (yes) answer, would I be able to upload a sackboy head and body without the worry of it being removed? This would not violate the official copyright law since i am not redistrubuting the franchise, and I dont think it violates the graal copyright rule on the upload page, quote: "Respect copyrights and only upload graphics that you have made yourself or that you are authorized to use. " If I do get a reply from one of the 3 creators with a YES answer, it would be allowed. Correct?

I would appreciate an answer from an uploader staff member greatly. Thank you!

Doesn't matter all uploaded graphics are property of GraalOnline once uploaded. You do not need permission.  

It violates copyright. Just because someone made the graphic from scratch does not mean it isn't trademarked by the company.

Unless you get permission from the actual creators of the franchise, you can't use it.

I clearly said if i would get permission from one of the 3 original creators that invented sackboy. And Mark was the one who drew it out from scratch, so i think i should most likely ask the inventor of it.  

I don't think that it is allowed until you end the permission to GraalOnline with proof and so on.

Sorry. Your post wasn't clear - you referred to Mark as being one of the creators who made it from scratch. I thought you meant that he made the graphic, rather than the actual creation. In this case, you'll have to get written permission and e-mail Eurocenter with proof of the permission.  

Well I should think so, if you get a positive answer you should email Stefan/Xor and attach the email clarifying that you are allowed to use it and ask for them to notify all staff members not to refund any items under your PC number.

Lastly, it would be great if somebody gives me stefan's or xor's email or WHATEVER email that I can email proof to!! (And an email that they check.) Thanks to all!
