julius was the one who took away my "scrolling headband, changing color head", I asked him why, he said headband rule... I told him I uploaded my head way before the "no headband" rule was made and that I had it for almost 2 years. He then told me that the reason It was taken away was because "semi-transparancy" issues. There are hats that change colors like my head did and they are way more "transparent" than my head was. The admin KPR told xor that my head shouldn't have been deleted some other stuff and Xor said I would be able to re- upload and changing color head hit scrolling letters just as long as it doesn't have a headband. 2 of my heads were taken away and I was given a full refund, 40k.... so I am fine with " the no headband " rule, it just sucks that they were taken away.

So you used a huge post to say your head was taken away fairly and you're okay with that?  

I was just explaining what REALLY happened in one post rather than giving fragments, if it was too much i'm sorry, and no i wasn't ok at first but there really isn't anything i can do since i'm just a player and just one person that has no power at all over the rules that they make. oh well  

i hear that headband heads are allowed again....  

It be good if you can buy your own head band and get to put your own text in it, it probably won't happen but it would be cool.
