I know about those real life things reno you kinda told me...  

Being a PRA, isn't it their job to handle "issues among staff" also? Unless the issues were so outrageous that they just up and /ragequit. If that's the case then those staff members involved in the issues should also think about resigning, if they're going to make such a big issue out of something, no doubt, game-related.

Jatz and myself have resigned from the iEra.
This is due to a few factors, including real-life things, and issues among staff.

The issue was above our control. Our job was to make sure the staff below us were in line and help them when needed. And according to Snk/Auron/anyone on the team i've talked to, we did a damn good job of that. (Never had one problem in the whole two years i've worked at iera until now.)  

Goodbye Reno, i'd like to say a big ThankYou for all the help you have given ME and everyone else, have fun to where you go in life, were all going to miss you and Jatz, i dont want you to leave but if you have to....
