Even on how much Gralats it takes, some users might abuse it, like me; and admins already have enough work approving uploads. toodles

IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN  

Only way you can do that is send it to one of the gfx staff for them to put in files then hope it ends up in a shop(if quality is good) As they wouldn't be a point in 1k hats or Horse/mount prize for guilds if someone was just able to upload a custom hat/horse for some cash.

I make graphics ,good at hats  

Horse would ruin 10k hats and so will hats for 1ks.  

If people can upload hats and horses then it would be unfair for the guilds who held towers for them.  

It'd be cool to upload your own furniture

Pretty cool, until you realize how hard to code it if you want a special feat. (statues, interactive furni, etc.) But a cool idea overall :^)
