Allow Device Not Working...?
I put my email in like 5x...keep checking my email, and spam folders...it has not appeared...Idk why...it says it sent but it is not there. Anyone else have this prob? Admins can you verify my acc...all of you have "logged out" when I pm in era.

For the most part, Era staff are not active here but I am reasonably sure nobody else is going to help you so I will redirect you...unfortunately this is a known issue and one we cannot do much about. The only three solutions: 1-wait longer for email, ensure it is not in spam folder 2-email [email protected] with your Graal id and issue, only he can manually approve 3-in Letters to Staff on Era-go, request an account transfer to a new account Hope that helps. |
