Well it wasn't me telling people to raid for me or to put in a good word for me. It was a sign of my confidence in becoming an admin to help those in need. I thought I could be a better influence for graal because of my personality. I am a peoples person which is a great part of me. I'm an encouraging and hard working woman that loves to put a smile on a persons face. That's why I signed up for Deputy and very confident with my application.

Yeah basically most the one's who end up having 'pm for help' afk near start or even player/s with #*name*foradmin etc kinda ruin peoples chance, also little silly stuff can ruin your app; for instance if have amazing app then checks up on you/person in game and they are pking or something then call someone a noob in anger etcetc it shows bad on that player, even that its a volunteer job for a game, staff are seen more as rolemodels(bar the players that would do anything for attention over that)so they have to be professional at most times. |

Stay confident and positive. Don't listen to some of these children, they just want to see you fail. Wish you the best of luck

While, in some ways, a lot of the criticisms you've been met with aren't too far from the truth, what you're doing isn't completely deserving of dismissal. Sure, some that exhibit those sorts of behaviors ruin their chances, but, to me, it depends how they go about it. If it seems fake, or cringe, no. It's gotta be real, clean. Then, what's to dislike - it's an honest willingness to help. But, yeah, believe it or not, I've seen a couple of those "PM me for help" people turn admin. If they turned applicants down solely for stuff like that, I'm not sure I'd want to be a part of that club anyway. It's more than that. You're nice, genuine, and seem intelligent enough, and, again, you want to help. So, you've got my vote. Granted, my vote means next to nothing in the way of actually getting you hired, but maybe it'll lift your spirits a bit. Not that you need it. You got that confidence, right? ![]() Edit: Though, I gotta admit, if getting hired on Ol' West is much like how it was when I spent more than a few minutes here and there on Era, a big chunk of it is about WHO you know as well as what you've got to offer. That said, apply that golden personality and win some hearts over. XD

Reason: Added a bit more "reality."
