Cannot Access my Account
So I've been having this problem since a while back. I've sent several e-mails to graal support but to no avail. Whenever I log into the client, the screen will turn black and then it redirects me to the log in screen. Now I've tried logging into the graalonline website, whenever I tried to I got sent to an "error" screen and received an "Allow IP-Range Request" e-mail, clicked the link and this is what I get sent to. If anyone knows how to fix it or has anyway of contacting Global Staff it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! |

I have the same problem, except I can log in on the website. I can’t log into the client no matter what I do

Unfortunately, nobody on the forums can help you fix this. You'll need to contact [email protected] since that is the place to go for account/email issues of this nature. It looks like you may have already, so make sure to check your spam and trash folders in case their response somehow ended up there instead. If you still don't see anything and have waited a while, then I'd recommend sending them another email. |
