Well i noticed when you buy one it does not appear in the hat inventory.

Pointless because it does for everyone else. Check to see if you actually brought it and then restart your app. if this doesn't work then contact an admin. I have brought 4 and all of mine appear.

I'm pretty sure the bow appears invisible for people because there is no front view! I could be wrong though.

yeah the bow didnt appear either , however if you changed the hats manually it appears . ^-^
