Basing
I really think the basing system should be switched back to the original, or something new that allows new gangs to thrive and give them a chance to compete. The reason this new system was implemented was to prevent gang peace and I think to allow "noob" guild to thrive among the rest.(first part is true second part is off of my opinion) This new system clearly did not work, it actually backfired and peace became a bigger issue. If you look at the scoreboard now and the scoreboard before, there's a huge difference. Right now there is 3 guild getting hours, all the rest are below 5 hours. Before there was a slow decline of hour from 2nd place to 10th place, as first is either way up at the top or close to second. Basing is now "broken" and gangs before that had a chance at 1.5k are now getting 1hour a day. Change basing to the way it was(or implement a new system) because clearly this system was a fail.

I regret giving orange the rotation idea... Then again they were just going to remove two bases before, forever which would've been even worst. Ik some admin is going to come on this thread and give the playercount is to low excuse but actually it isn't 9/10 of classic players and era players dont tower/base. Our whole dam server basically bases well used to anyways cause it was fun. Tbh i see more people basing on here then the two servers with a 4k playercount every day if anything a new base shouldve been added onto the indian side not remove two bases every 4 hrs or however long it is dont remember atm. I dont blame this on orange anymore that was over rage and stupidity on my part. But the fact some of your staff team has left over this issue is a clear warning sign. (Anyone else notice that half the staff team is in silence now? Love kawu and most of silence but its weird) Also ik some staff wanna keep the basing rotation system cause it is unique and different and i believe it could work if done properly to the problems it was suppose to fix. A solution that may work is just add 2 new bases and keep 7 bases with 2 of the 7 closed every rotation. This way new gangs have a chance and there will still be "action" from two gangs having to go somewhere else. |

Yea when this was first implemented I saw it as a good change of pace and thought it would be cool to have new guilds compete for the bases but everybody is so quick 2 jump on joining whoever has the base instead of trying to contest it it gets kinda annoying. Like tomatoe said we wanted to improve basing with this kind of rotating, honestly I think allies should be removed entirely. It's dumb how allies get no Merritt out of defending a base when they're kinda just used for meat shields. Another is reducing the amount of gang members a gang can have but idk If we add more bases and stick with the rotation there's still going to be peacing and the big gangs are still going to be there it's just giving the smaller gangs a chance to have the other forts. I also want to change how gangpoints are obtained to make it feel more earned instead of just waiting but again idk these are all ideas But yea the rotations is a good band aid it just needs a more solid build for basing |

I feel gang points plays a big roll in the reason why everyone peaced in the first place. Everyone wanted to afk for gang points. I do like the new timer in bases that you get kicked for standing in the same spot for so long, but that didn't help enough. I think the timer should be scrapped, and I think there has to be a system used with gang points that involves with killing people in bases, maybe that would get people together to base. While at the same time I also don't see that working, there are many ideas that everyone has to prevent peacing, but honestly I don't see them ever working (not trying to be a downer with that lol). Peacing will be a thing with basing to the day Graal dies out. I honestly think that basing shouldn't be messed with, as most players liked the old way, 5 bases open, no closing.

I agree with what messiah said. In my opinion, I think gang points should be rewarded per kill, not how long you're in the base. As well as gang points rewarded for taking the base would be nice also. 5 bases should be open imo, just because I miss the old style of basing
