Could it be due to the type of device/ios someone's using? Because I was towering with this one girl, who mentioned how she could log on with her older generation device.

Nah I tried

iPhone 6S running iOS 9.3
friend's iPhone 4S running iOS 7

Both has no access to the server

I used Exodia to wipe out the mobile login servers..... all part of Illusive 1k plan...

Anyone looking to play will need to connect through http://classic.graalonline.com/ the issue only seems to affect devices that use the mobile login server.
