Nobody likes this... Guilds should have ranks but nobody does because it shows up in your name all the time.

More guilds would use ranks if it didn't appear in the name. Maybe give people the option? Some people might like it but most people I know don't.

I agree, if you really like ranks though, having a small icon instead that represents your rank would seem better.

Oh ya good idea.
it would be cool if the leader had the power to change rank(but doesn't appear in the name) and also has the power to change indicator color (so other members can see who is a higher rank and who is a lower rank)

Maybe a crown indicator?

Maybe you could also make a rank list which all members can view which show which ranks give certain abilities

For example recruter,Co leader ect.
