Get a bunch of pictures of her and make a shrine of her in your room. once you feel you have a sufficient amount of pictures, invite her over to your house to see the shrine. I'm sure that will really make her happy.

If, after getting to know you, someone wants to "keep you friends", then it's a good thing you didn't get together. The "friend zone" is specifically friends & there is nothing you can do to change this nor should you try because women are people not objects, nor did you do something wrong
