Auctions
I have two questions on auctions... 1. Do they have a set time to end, or is there a set duration? 2. If you lose the bid, will you still pay the bid you placed? |

Hey, 1. Yes there is a time limit. Look, they say a command for example: :host item_gun_morano_thompson 1 11. Well the 1 is the amount of the items and the 11 is the time (in minutes). When I really want to win an auctions I just take a timer and bid in the last second ;) Just as a tip. 2. Haha no. Only when you win the bid youŽll have to pay. -Layerd |

If youve won, it says you have won the auction and your warped or dragged, if you havent won itll have the person who did wins name and face on the auction board and you wont be able to bid.

Alright, but is there a way you can find out when an auction ends?

No, that is for the admins to know, as it was mentioned by layerd i think, sometimes you see them say something like /auction_hunter-knife-1_11 idk the command but the 11 means the minutes, but no, you yourself cant find out usually auctions go between 5-10 mins and you can tell its a 10min once the price goes above 30k, unless youve got reslly keen bidders.

No its there because its showing you the person who won it, after an auction ends the winner stays up there with the price until a new auction, or until an admin decides to clear it, if you bid it will say "auction has ended".
