Classic does still occasionally do hide and seek when the player count is significantly low , they no longer do hide and seek or even warp events because they cause an enormous ammount of lag when a lot of players are rushing towards the warpers. This is why the queue event system was introduced ( I believe )

Chance is hosted the most because it's the only event that really gives anyone a chance of winning and is not skill based at all thus giving even a new player the opportunity to win.

Although Im not a fan of the queue event system and am more of a competitive players , I myself prefer the old event system however this system overall benefits most players
