How do we know that they didnt have extremely advance stuff and erased all records cause they were to smart and decided it would be better for us(the modern people) to learn it all on our own O.o

Nope. You said they haven't discovered a casino that year. There is no such thing as a flying turkey wing. Can't have one then have another thing that don't exist.  

Add russian roulette that would be way better.
