iEra winter event?

So there is a layerd NPC in start and it keeps saying "Stages" Like dig shells and kill players. what does this mean?

he set a diggin goal or some crap for some reason, all is not clear

The digging event is now over. Yeah like you said we are now killing players for two points each.
