It was made for VIP players. Would kinda defeat the purpose if everyone could use it. Plus it only costs 7,500 to get VIP so it's not that exclusive.

I believe that this should stay VIP exclusive because VIP does not have much other then colors and item per month. FFS Talon, stop it.
