Oh wow. I have no idea how to help then. The only thing I can think of is to start over or find that iPod D:  

PM a staff member, since it hasn't been identified (and therefore assigned to a Graal:# rather than a PC:#) we can transfer it to a new account such as your facebook account if you'd like.
