Email Support/In game support
Hello. What's up with the support email? No body responds to either classic at graalonline or Support dot toonslab. I need to get the email I identify with changed, as my internet service provider (Comcast) is being changed. I've been told they can change your email when this is the cause so I emailed support four weeks ago. No response, then I contact in game staff, and they say they will pass it on. and I hear nothing about it. How come we can't just change our own email? And how do I go about getting this fixed? It should be noted I have iTunes recipets of purchases in graal dating back to 2013, using the email I currently have. |

Let me rephrase: what else can I do to try to move things forward? I've emailed support@toonslab and classic@graaloline 4 weeks ago. I was then told by an admin to email them again 3 days ago. I have proof of my legitimacy through screenshots of iTunes recipts dating to 2014, and 2015. (Included in the emails sent to support). I currently have access to both emails, my current one and hopefully future one. Also I am only doing this because I used my ISP email when I joined graal, and now I'm changing ISPs and will be losing the email. Note: changing ISPs is not in my control. |
