when are hat submissions actually accepted ?? i’m so confused, i got online just before the auction started so that i could submit it when they were over, but the submissions were already filled ,,

Some time the day before the actual auction. There isn't really anything which tells you when so it's kind of a be there all day waiting kind of thing.
