Thanks for the responses. Naturally after using bodies like this for over a year without issue I'm pretty annoyed with hearing this and I still see people with different types of bodies, like this which seems to be fine even though in my opinion some of them include more.
Also you said that there are already plenty of cape/hoodie accessories in the game.
Sure if that was the issue then I don't see why normal cape bodies are still acceptable. There are countless cape accessories now so going by that, they shouldn't be allowed anymore too. Also I could be wrong but I only recall seing 2 accessories which resemble hoodies. One which was originally a hat but got turned into an accessory after I had been using my body for almost a year, and the second one is what you rarely see staff using which I don't think has ever been released.
Again, I really find it weird how this is just suddenly a problem now after it not being an issue for over a year and having nothing in the game get changed for it to become one. But I guess if rules are rules and they change so there's nothing I can do about it besides editing the body until it's passable again.
This brings me to the next part, to make it allowed again what would I have to change about it?

I'm not sure what can be modified to your body to make it passable, I'd ask a gfx person to help in the regard. I will say the main issue that I see with the body is mainly the hoodie part. Capes are generally acceptable, but how the hoodie seems to cover the back, front and side angles makes it look like an accessory to me.
Another thing is integration with the entire design of the body. To me it looks like the hoodie / cape is almost a separate asset pasted onto the default body. I don't have the file on me right now, but a pretty good example would be that cat body with the hoodie. Everything is integrated into the design pretty well on that one. I hope that all makes sense.
