Yes, they both have missing frames but that's what you see if you compare them both. Wouldn't you say there is way more missing frames in the second picture? I believe there should be a limit of how many missing frames are allowed. Missing frames swords should be allowed I agree with that and I'm not requesting to put a high limit on missing frames. But that sword is completely invisible, the frames are only coming from the body itself.

Ya, there are going to be more missing frames in the second picture. Zero is less than four.
Stab swords are closer in frame count to no-sword than swords with all the frames. There are typically four frames in stab swords, compared to seventeen frames in a sword that has all of the frames used.
The people using no sword also lose out on seeing the reference point of the sword's hitbox, so it isn't without downsides.
I might bring it up, but like I said, the sword probably can't be removed even if that was desired.
