I'll be honest. I'd just wait a bit till you have a bit more money. It almost seems that you're looking for a laptop that has good Ghz from your description of wanting to play most games with medium to high settings.
If i was you, I'd wait a bit until you could afford this one.

It has a bit faster Ghz at 3.4 while other had 3.2 GHz, and from looks of it, It is a fairly decent gaming pc from what it seems and from what it appears should give you the desired quality you want.

This one though, If you're feeling lucky and want to save. get it, But I would be very wary of it. while it does have only a slightly lower GHz, the main issue I saw from this from the get-go is it is a refurbished product... I used to work as refurbishing, fixing and working with computers. I will tell you honestly that most refurbished products just simply aren't as good, And may have a lot of issues. When an item gets refurbished they usually just replace the parts needed and make sure it works. Which means in that refurbished laptop or pc or anything you buy refurbished, The people replacing parts may just "let" a few bad parts slip by "accident" if you know what I mean...
Though personally, I would like to remain with Razer products, i would try to save up the money so you know you could afford it.But you must have a PC screen and whatnot which i imagine you already know.
