I sent presents to Secret Santa and I got a message that the gifts arrived to my home but are not here

I would guess this is for one of two reasons.
Either this:

We've also limited the amount of visible presents to 50 to help reduce the present related lag.

Or the fact that right now, presents seem to be invisible due to lag (kind of like how furniture sometimes temporarily disappears).
Saying ":presents" is a better way to check how many presents you have.
