So I did all 5 quests, I'm pretty sure. However when I go back to present time the hour glasses aren't there for two of the portals:
Deadwood; I completed the bush town stealth mission (broke all the big bushes), still have the rusty key however, am I missing something?
Nexus; I bombed the pillar and have visited the Japanese Nexus, whenever I go back to present time the hourglass isn't there, am I just unable to locate it?

Did you release the people by pushing the box at the end of the map in the top left corner? You know your done when you can't enter that door again and azreal shows up.
