Time has changed and the staff we have now isnt the same. Even Graal itself isnt the same, all is about gralats now ect.. and about uploads, body rules ect.. you can just check all of the Graal Depot website.

The people who wrote the upload rules were volunteers (they were updated after the addition of accessories). The people who approve and deny uploads are volunteers. It doesn't matter to us if you buy gralats or spend gralats.

And about staff, i know they're here to make sure everyone apply the rules. But most of them dont really care like some of the good players do. This isnt the right place to say this, and you'll maybe think im complaining but : Graal has no communication between players and staff. )They'r trying with some youtube "guide", i know cool), but thats not the thing players want.

This entire thread is one example of the many forms of communication between staff and players. Regas is staff. I'm staff. You are objectively wrong that there is no communication between staff and players. You can pm a staff member in-game and expect a response if they aren't busy working/hosting/or offline. I can't think of a single other game like this. Even now, I'm replying to your post on the forums, where I don't think any other game has staff that would give you the time of day.
I don't know where you're going with the "youtube guide" thing. It may not be what you want, but it is clear in the comments that plenty of people enjoy the videos. If you don't like them, don't watch them. Don't say it isn't what the players want just because it isn't what you want.
I'm guessing what you want that you think is in conflict with the youtube stuff is probably not something the person who makes youtube videos would be doing anyway. Not every staff member does development, so time spent on the youtube videos doesn't take away time from development.
Short answer : "Why is one thing allowed while another isn't", could be because admin have differents opinion about the thing, or maybe they just dont give a  .
