The items I put for submission if any of them are accepted will I receive these items in my account?

Those of you whose submissions get accepted and put in-game will receive a reward of 10,000 gralats for more complex items (ex. hats, mounts, furniture. etc.) or 5,000 gralats for simpler items (ex. toys, food, etc.) AND your submission(s)!]

So yes - you get the items AND some gralats added to your account if they are accepted.
