What do u mean “it’s been days since they’ve replied” what did they reply?
My suggestion to you is: send a new ticket, explain everything. Give as many proofs as you can even if it’s something like “I have x hat pages” the more evidence you provide the higher your chance is of restoring your account. I’m just re-wording what admins said few times on here replying to ppl requesting support for the same issue.
