Your love for a game wont pay bills amigo. Voluntary work is voluntary work. I would be happy to put my skills to work for graal again and make a game better, because graal holds a special place in my heart as being of the only mobile games i enjoy. But love for a game wont pay bills, put food in your stomach, gas in your car, or in my case, bullets in my guns. Believe me when i say working graal is a massive time investment. Theres a bunch wrong and can be improved and no one really wants to do it because the reward is seeing your work come to life and maybe in game stuff. Now thats the only reward and there asking for a lot. I personally love seing my work come to life, thats why i fabricate I beams for buildings. I can see what i contributed to a building and im making straight out of college 55k a year, all college debts paid within 10 months. Graal asks for a large amount of work and no monetary gain. Thats a large turnoff for people and no one wants to work because they only get the pride of making something for everyone else to enjoy but nothing to help them IRL. Its an unfortunate truth of community based things.

I agree with this whole heartedly, But assuming that you ARE working and you ARE paying your bills and all that other stuff why not look at being staff for graal as a hobby then? Looking at what is wrong with the game and working on that and fixing them should be something to look forward to tbh.
