You can change an email address by contacting support. Email [email protected]. They're done even if you can't access the old email, as long as you can prove it/account ownership. It's pretty easy to tell if an email has been deleted, for example.

I’m closing this thread as there is nothing more to discuss about it. The information Jarace has given is really all that is needed. To request an account transfer you need to contact the support email and provide as much information as possible. It’s also worth trying to reach out to your service provider.
Regardless, Toonslab Support works very hard and sometimes things that cause a hiccup or delay are simply players not providing the right or enough info or some make negative statements just because they didn’t receive the answer they wanted.
