Ok guys lets talk rules :0

This GIVES UNFAIR ADVANTAGES.
Why you may ask? Or maybe your just pissed I bumped the thread, idc.
Here's the problem:
Player A:"gee I can't dodge bullets for my life, I'm going to make the file more noticeable"
Well this guy now has an advantage

Player B:" hehee your to slow! I used a speed hack sucka!"
Dunno if this has been patched but it used to be there

Player C:" ah sh*t my starter pistol is slow af! I'm gonna hack this mofo!"
Like previously stated, the wep was altered.

Player D:" ah crap, I can't win this event because of that obstacle!"
Said player could delete said file, bam now he can walk through it. This used to be a problem on classic when people would erase barriers to certain areas and be able to access blocked portions of the map. I think it's been patched mostly though

Modifying gani=big nono
I'm not sure if simply editing the way it looks is bad though, but it may be, due to player being able to appear on their own screens as though they have rare weapons. Which could be posted on internet and cause some nasty havoc.

If anybody notices something incorrect I said, please point it out as I do not wish to confuse the people here.

Hidden npcs are basically CPU s inside the levels with no image files. They make it so that:
Era's tileset is being used
You can't say stuff inside kuronekos memorial room
You can't enter houses inside bases
Etc
