Rule of thumb:
i3's go with nVidia xx40's and xx50's
i5's go with xx60 and xx70
i7's for xx80 and higher.
Power supplies are a scam, you don't need much power see:
The RAM sweetspot is around 8GB, because of the rising prices and games depending more and more on CPU and GPU's these days.
Motherboards are chosen depending on your needs but in most cases an $80 one does anything you need unless you want to go enthusiast.
Cases can be very cheap, they're mostly for aesthetics.
For coolers go Noctua, Cooler Master or Corsair.
EDIT: Ryzen is also an option but RAM is finicky and motherboards seem scarce. As of now.
