I think u skimmed too much/didn't read, but ok.
1. Nocopyrightmusic or whatever. Like i said in pg 1 ****ed millions of people cause they end up copyrighting their songs = taking all of our profits. (And what does NCS do? Just removed the video..)
2. if a music appears in ur video more than 7 seconds, they will take all the profits no matter what ur content was. It's not same as naruto example. Not talking about people who steals contents, but people with original content with sounds gets screwed.
3. Their automated bot. I agree to certain point that they are trying to stop harmful contents going viral. But should be manually managed. Now i can't even type in stuff like IS THIS CHEATING, cause it will be flagged by the bot

Firstly. Try and understand that Google only has so many people to work for YouTube. They got things they gotta do. They can't monitor every single video every second 24/7 especially when there is millions. And I'm not exaggerating, millions of people uploading. Browsing. Ect on YouTube every second. And when serious events happen in the real world it's all over the news. Which Usually is all over YouTube isn't it? So yes a bot is almost a needed, while it is crappy now but they will eventually fix it to be more accurate. Will it be 100% accurate? Not likely. But in order to advance as a company it is almost a necessary step so they aren't pulled back by having to monitor videos.
NCS aka NoCopyrightedSound does a pretty good job actually at providing free music people can use. I've used their content a good bit for random projects. Never experienced an issue. While there may be a slip up every now and then and they report your content for copyright. Just appeal.reupload with a new song if needed. Not much of a hassle.
If a song appears in your video for 7 seconds and it gets flagged for copyright. You could've just edited it out. Or cut out the audio at those 7 seconds
