I didn't think the movie was that great in terms of it being a fairly generic/ predictable "take the person being hunted from point A-B" film.
That being said I do respect the filmmakers pretty highly for making this film and forgoing the traditional M/PG13 rating (which would have generated more revenue) in order to portray the film as the producers intended.
Although I can't be the only one that felt Prof Xavier swearing sounded so unnatural from him.

I think the concept of having a superhero movie be not only Rated R, but actually having a story besides "kill the villain" is what made the movie great, + the action is amazing.
Your gripe with the movie is pretty much just the premise. "Get the person from point A-B" isn't what the whole movie is about.
