So I've been having this problem since a while back. I've sent several e-mails to graal support but to no avail.
Whenever I log into the client, the screen will turn black and then it redirects me to the log in screen. Now I've tried logging into the graalonline website, whenever I tried to I got sent to an "error" screen and received an "Allow IP-Range Request" e-mail, clicked the link and this is what I get sent to.
If anyone knows how to fix it or has anyway of contacting Global Staff it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
