I already said they join for the item they don't really care what round they lose, I'm saying this because that's what pkers tell me.
Either way, are you disagreeing with these ideas because you want noobs to pass round 1? In what round a team loses should have nothing to do with how the GST is setup. They can practice if they want to pass round 1 and do better just like us sparers do. Why are going to have a dead GST because of players who can't pass round 1? That don't even care about GST.
You guys are just making up reasons now for not merging the two gsts and making it 32 brackets instead of 64

Literally my idea is a solution to noobs/average and pros. Give them their own same level tournament, then the best go to the better tournament. You can change it to no rewards except getting to move up, which if the New Better Pro Tournament has new items, it gives Noobs a thing to work for, to beat their level of people. If you remove the summon and hop, the pro's can't help noobs get into the new shop.
The entire reason behind this is because noobs or people like me who are average cannot beat you or other people. You have years of experience, and are just good. Yeah any person could try to watch and copy what the good players do, but I don't think that is easy. My entire idea revolves around putting the good people in their own tournament, one where round 1 is actually intense instead of facing a prize guild. This would eliminate the really prize getting idea, unless you are trying to get to the better league for it, but that would still mean most 1st rounds would be guilds like Royales vs Oi instead of Royales vs As We Fall.
