Different teams.
[email protected] handles account issues of the email/login variety.
support.toonslab.com is for server specific issues not including the items I previously mentioned. (I don't think you can have an email issue that is specific to one server, but who knows.)

Yeah I knew was something along those lines. It just gave me a bit of a laugh and I thought i'd post it here since I always see people complain about getting told to "contact support" so I thought it'd be a nice joke. Also I won't go into it since I already did contact support, but it isn't much of an issue and more that I stopped playing before the account identification was added to iEra. So I never had the chance to tie my account to an email.
